Every answer we have, written by the people who make the blinds rather than a support department. If yours is not here, mail us and it will be by tomorrow.
Orders and shipping
When does my blind actually ship?
Every blind is cut after you order, so the frame is made in five to seven working days and then ships. Tracking goes out the moment the box leaves the building, not when the label is printed.
How long does delivery take once it has shipped?
Two to four working days anywhere in the lower 48. Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes take about a week, and we ship to all three.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on every order and every remake, in both directions. There is no threshold to reach and no express tier to upsell you.
Can I change the measurements after ordering?
Within twelve hours, yes, and at no cost. After that the aluminium is already cut, so it becomes a remake instead, which is also free once.
Do you ship outside the US?
Canada, yes. The rest of the world, not yet. We would rather wait until we can promise the same delivery window than take the order and hope.
Why is there never a sale?
Because a discount schedule teaches people to wait, and the price would have to start higher to survive one. This is the price all year.
Mail us. A person reads it, usually within four hours.
If it is about a light leak or a missing part, one photo saves both of us a paragraph. There is no ticket system, no queue position and no automated first reply.
