Refund Policy

At Ludviken, we want you to love the Play Tent. If it is not right for your home, we are here to help.

30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all parts complete and the original packaging intact.

How to start a return

Email us at post@ludviken.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving our confirmation.

Return shipping & costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Delays caused by customs are outside our control and do not qualify as a reason for return.

Inspection & refunds

Returned items are inspected within 5–7 days of receipt. You will be notified of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

To exchange your tent, submit your request within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue store credit so you can place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at post@ludviken.com with a photo of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order cancellation

We prepare orders for shipping quickly, so we cannot always guarantee a cancellation. If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we will help if your order has not yet shipped.
