This website is operated by Ludviken. By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Online store terms
You must be the age of majority in your country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this site. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or transmit any harmful code.
2. General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the service without our written permission.
3. Products & pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We try to display colours accurately but cannot guarantee your screen shows them correctly. We may discontinue a product at any time.
4. Made-to-measure products
Blackout 01 is manufactured to the measurements you supply at checkout. You are responsible for the measurements you enter, and we recommend following our measuring guide before ordering. Because each blind is cut to order, production begins shortly after purchase and cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
We do not leave you with a blind that does not fit. If your measurements turn out to be wrong, or the blind does not fit your opening, the Blackout Fit Promise entitles you to a free remake, and the 100-night trial entitles you to a full refund. Both are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for current timings.
7. Personal information
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, or to collect others' personal information.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Except for the warranty and guarantees described in our Refund Policy, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludviken is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time; the latest version will always be posted on this page.
