Free shipping
Shipping is free on every Blackout 01 order. There is no minimum and no surcharge for larger sizes.
Made to order
Every blind is cut to the measurements you give us, so nothing ships from a shelf. Production and dispatch take about 10 days from the day you order. You will get an email with tracking the moment your blind leaves us.
Delivery times
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
- United States: 5–9 business days
- Norway & the Nordics: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–8 business days
- Elsewhere: 8–16 business days
Weather, customs clearance and carrier delays are outside our control and can add a few days.
Returns
Returns are free within the United States — we send you a prepaid label. Full details, including the 100-night trial and the free remake if the fit is wrong, are in our Refund Policy.
Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside the EU/EEA may be subject to import duties, VAT or clearance fees set by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility.
Address changes
We can change your shipping address any time before your blind is dispatched. Email post@ludviken.com with your order number as soon as you can.
